Our litigation department represents clients before all trial and appellate courts in the Kingdom. Our team is able to litigate corporate and commercial disputes, regardless of size, complexity and subject matter and has expertise across practices and industries, including breach of contracts, labor and employment, construction, government procurement, intellectual property, real estate, distribution and agency, banking, white collar crime and corporate fraud.

Privatization and Public Procurement:
The firm is involved in advisory matters related to the Kingdom's privatization program. We have acted for both government and private sector bidders in privatization transactions, from sale of government shares to more complex concessions. Some of our work includes advising Royal Jordanian Airlines on its multimillion US Dollar privatization and advising the Aldeasa duty free shops on its successful bid to acquire Jordan’s duty free services at Queen Alia International Airport.

Securities and Capital Markets:
We advise clients on all aspects of transactions governed by Jordan's Securities Laws and Regulations, including securities listing and delisting, share issuance and underwriting, initial public offerings, public and private placements, securities trading and dealings, corporate governance and disclosure requirements.

Agency:
The firm is heavily involved in all aspects relating to agency law, including drafting agency agreements in line with Jordanian Law, registration of agencies and termination thereof with the agency registrar as well as representing clients in agency compensation litigation.

Commercial Contracts:
The firm has extensive experience in commercial contract legal issues, contract drafting and breach of contract litigation. Based on our in-depth understanding of specific contractual requirements and the client’s needs, we draft contracts that address legal requirements and at the same time meet and protect the client’s interests.
