RUBA MADI

Attorney Madi is an Associate, member of the firm’s International Department, practicing Corporate Law, Company Law, Banking & Finance Law and Intellectual Property Law as well as assisting in other international mandates under the firm’s International Department.

Before joining the Firm, she was a judicial assistant for 2 years (2014-2016) at the Ministry of Justice, under a contract for the West of Amman First Instance Court.

She then carried on with the Jordan Bar training whereby she completed one year of her legal training with the law firm of Petra for Law and Intellectual Property before joining our firm in 2018 during which she completed the second year of the Jordan Bar training requirement.

She routinely assists clients, in English and Arabic language on Business Law issues and in relation to company formation issues, commercial agreements, Non-disclosure agreements, banking agreements, lease contracts as well as IP law agreements.

Attorney Ruba Madi joined the firm in 2018 as a Trainee lawyer and after completing her legal training in 2019 she was promoted to an Associate.
