- Advocate Yotta Pantoula-Bulmer is Of-Counsel and Head of the International Department at the Jordan office of the law firm Hammouri & Partners Attorneys at-Law. Since joining the firm in 2015, under the encouragement and guidance of the Managing Partner, she has established and developed and now heads the International Department; earning recognition for her advisory excellence and for her strong engagement with international law firm networks and cross-border collaborations.

Her expertise focuses on renewable energy, M&As and due diligence transactions, negotiating, drafting and reviewing various types of commercial contracts, global trademark registration projects, as well as advising on enforcement of foreign judgements and arbitral awards, and on issues relating to pharmaceuticals, healthcare IT and reinsurance.
- Beyond her legal expertise, her experience extends into law firm strategy, marketing and the supervision and coordination of legal publications; she also provides strategic counsel on tender documentation and submissions for the firm’s Jordan and Iraq offices.
- She has completed a dual legal training, both in England and in Cyprus. In Cyprus she trained with one of the leading international Cyprus law firms. In the UK, she completed the Legal Practice Course with The University of Law, specializing in the areas of Commercial Law, Commercial Dispute Resolution and Personal Injury & Clinical Negligence. During the LPC training, she acquired invaluable experience through targeted internships and strategic placements with established UK law firms, gaining hands-on experience in the areas of Commercial Law, Family Law, Healthcare and Immigration Law.
- Her prior legal experience includes three years with a leading international Cyprus firm, primarily in the firm’s Athens/Greece office, where she worked expensively on international company formation, international tax planning and corporate governance. During that time, she was also responsible for the firm’s Business development desk for Greece. In Jordan, before joining Hammouri & Partners she collaborated for over a year with a Jordanian established, upper- tier boutique law firm.
- She began her distinguished professional journey in the United Kingdom, building over a decade of experience in education and in linguistics. In education she led teaching initiatives in English for Non-Native Speakers as well as in Italian and Greek. She later on transitioned into Linguistics, serving as a Greek Language Specialist at Cambridge University, on a major project under Cambridge Assessment, commissioned by the UK Department for Children, Schools and Families, to implement the UK’s National Languages Strategy. In addition, she gained extensive experience as an interpreter, moderator and translator in Greek, English and Italian, demonstrating exceptional expertise and versatility.
