Experience

• Reem routinely advises clients, in English and Arabic language on a broad array of contract law matters in relation to their formation and negotiation, Company Law issues and in relation to company formation issues, as well as IP law matters.
• Reem drafts and reviews and provides clients with legal consultations in both Arabic and English, whether orally or in writing, and also assists with the drafting of commercial contracts for clients.

Moot Courts – Participations

Ms. Reem represented the University of Petra team, prepared legal arguments for both the prosecution and defense and pleaded for both the prosecution and defense before a panel of judges in:
