• Attorney Buqaila routinely advises clients, in English and Arabic language on a broad array of Contract Law matters in relation to their formation, negotiation, terms and conditions, Company Law issues and in relation to company formation issues, commercial agreements, shareholders agreements, shares purchase agreements, non-disclosure agreements and banking agreements.
• Attorney Buqaila drafts and reviews commercial contracts for clients that best suits their industry and business environment. She has experience in drafting many types of contracts, negotiating contracts formation on behalf of clients, drafting terms and conditions in contracts, and provide clients with legal consultation in both Arabic and English, whether orally or in writing.
