Hadi Shehadeh

Attorney Hadi Shehadeh is a member of the Firm’s International Department. He advises Jordanian and cross-border clients on corporate and commercial matters, with a particular focus on corporate and company law, contract drafting and negotiation, and intellectual property-related commercial matters. He delivers bilingual legal advice and drafting in both Arabic and English.
He completed his mandatory legal training period with the Jordan Bar Association at a law firm in Amman.
Prior to joining the Firm, he spent over 5 years as a Legal Associate within an international practice in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. During that period, Attorney Shehadeh gained experience in corporate and commercial matters. His work included drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements, supporting joint ventures and M&A workstreams, and assisting on regulatory compliance matters.
Attorney Shehadeh accounts over 5 years of experience in his fields of expertise. Since joining Hammouri & Partners in 2025 as an Associate in the Firm’s International Department, he has advised Jordanian and international clients on corporate, commercial, intellectual property, and cross-border matters.

Attorney Shehadeh routinely advises Jordanian and cross-border clients, in both English and Arabic, on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including the structuring, drafting, negotiation, and interpretation of commercial agreements; corporate governance and company formation; shareholder arrangements; share purchase documentation; non-disclosure agreements; and regulatory compliance, with additional exposure to banking-related documentation and intellectual property matters.
Attorney Shehadeh drafts, reviews, and negotiates commercial contracts tailored to clients’ sector-specific requirements and business objectives, with a focus on producing enforceable and commercially balanced documentation. He advises on key contractual terms, risk allocation, remedies, and compliance considerations, and provides clients with legal consultations in both Arabic and English, whether orally or in writing.
He also supports clients on contractual risk management and dispute-related advisory matters, including assessing legal positions, preparing legal memoranda and correspondence, supporting settlement discussions, and coordinating with external counsel, where required.
