Attorney Khalifeh is a Senior Associate and the Head of the Firm’s Corporate Department. He focuses on Corporate Law, Business Law, Commercial Advisory and work related to the industries of Healthcare, Information Technology and Energy and Mineral Resources.

Attorney Khalifeh completed his Jordan Bar training with a well-established law office in Amman prior to joining the firm in 2010.

Ahmed Khalifeh routinely advises clients, in English and Arabic language on all aspects of Business Law issues with emphasis on corporate transactions, company formation issues, commercial agreements, non-disclosure agreements, banking agreements as well as IP law agreements.

He advises leading companies in Jordan, such as the Jordan Petroleum Refinery company (JPRC) plc, Electronic Health Solutions (EHS), Electronic Health Solutions International (EHSI), Madfooatcom, Safwati for Factoring and Finance, Rakaez, Jordan Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Fund (JREEEF) and others.

Advises on all business related matters a high-end client in the industry of construction and engineering in Jordan.

Advised a client on the conversion from a Limited Liability to Public Shareholding company and supervised and coordinated all the relevant procedures with the Companies Controller Department and with the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Supply.

Ahmed Khalifeh participated in the drafting and amendment of some Jordanian legislations and laws such as the Companies Law and the Personal Data Protection Law as well as regulations and laws pertinent to Information Technology.
