Broadly speaking, Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) involves the settling of disputes between two or more parties in ways other than going to court. Our firm possesses an extensive expertise and a lengthy experience in ADR, primarily mediation and arbitration, both under the Jordanian laws as well as international arbitration.

Our ADR service forms part of client oriented service whereby the primary objective is to assist clients in resolving disputes whilst at the same time mitigating dispute costs and managing disputes in a time effective manner.

Our Litigation Department represents clients before all trial and appellate courts in the Kingdom. Our dynamic litigation team, which is headed by attorney Omar Sawadha, is able to litigate corporate and commercial disputes, regardless of size, complexity and subject matter and has expertise across practices and industries, including breach of contracts, labor and employment, construction, government procurement, intellectual property, real estate, distribution and agency, banking, white collar crime and corporate fraud.

Despite our winning track record in litigious matters, our policy is to always encourage clients to exhaust all options and strategies before resorting to litigation. To this end, we have high success rates in settling disputes through legal negotiations and mediation. Further, our litigation team plays a pivotal role in assisting clients in dispute aversion strategies.

The firm also has extensive experience in representing clients before local and international arbitration tribunals and in enforcement of foreign judgements and arbitral awards.
