Attorney Amjad Abu Doleh is a member of the Firm’s Alternative Dispute Resolution and Banking Desk.

Before joining the Firm, he spent over a year working as a legal trainee at a law office in Amman. During that period, Attorney Abu Doleh gained diverse legal experience in commercial contract drafting and reviewing, as well as in various aspects of litigation.

Attorney Abu Doleh accounts over two years of experience in his fields of expertise as an Associate. He joined Hammouri & Partners in 2021 as a legal trainee and became an Associate in 2022.

Experience

• Attorney Abu Doleh routinely advises clients, in Arabic language, on banking agreements, and on implementing and drafting mortgage bonds, whether for real estate or for motor vehicles.
• Attorney Abu Doleh drafts and reviews commercial contracts for clients to best suit their industry and business environment. He has experience in drafting different types of commercial contracts, negotiating contract formation on behalf of clients, drafting terms and conditions in contracts, and providing clients with legal consultation in Arabic language.
