- Hasan Liswi is member of a team that routinely advises clients, in English and Arabic language, on a broad array of contract matters in relation to their formation, negotiation, terms and conditions, and on Companies Law matters in relation to company formation, commercial agreements, shareholders’ agreements, as well as IP law matters and IP registration.
- Hasan was a member of a team that worked on advising local and international banks on syndicated (+100 Million Dollar) loan facilities, sovereign borrowing, and the related security packages, in connection with some of the larger project finance deals in Jordan and which team conducted due diligence on the loaning entity.
- Hasan was a member of a team that advised major Public Shareholding companies on numerous renewable energy projects, including review of EPC Contracts, FIDIC Book, drafting legal consultations, and advising clients on licensing and registration requirements, in Jordan.
- Hasan has gained experience in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts for clients that best suit their industry and business environment. He has experience in drafting various types of contracts, drafting terms and conditions in contracts, and providing clients with legal consultations in both Arabic and English, whether orally or in writing.
