Attorney Nadeen Khraisat is a member of the Firm’s Litigation Department, practising civil Litigation,
labor law, commercial Litigation, and handling court claims.

She completed her Jordan Bar training contract with a law firm in Amman in 2018.

Before joining the Firm, she spent over 4 years working as an Associate Lawyer in the legal department
of a law firm in Amman. During that period, Attorney Khraisat gained experience in various areas of
Alternative Dispute Resolution, such as negotiations, mediation, and arbitration. Additionally, she
gained experience in court pleadings in different levels of courts.

Attorney Khraisat accounts 5 years of experience in her fields of expertise. She joined Hammouri and
Partners in 2024 as an Associate.

Experience

Attorney Khraisat routinely advises clients in Arabic, on a wide range of litigation matters,
including financial claims, labor disputes, and civil cases. She has also extensive experience
in arbitration and is well-versed in drafting and organizing contracts and agreements.
Attorney Khraisat represents companies before all regular courts in Jordan and provides
legal advice based on her extensive knowledge of the Jordanian judicial system and related
legislation.
